How should I clean it ?

Rubbing Alcohol and Salt !
Fill a bowl with boiling water and let your pipe soak for a few minutes, then close the carb with fingers, pour rubbing alcohol into mouth piece and add about a pinch salt. Cover mouth piece and shake for a few moments and then empty. Repeat until resin is removed. Use cotton swabs and rubbing alcohol to clean bowl. Rinse with warm water and air dry before use.
Is ceramic safe to smoke out of?
Yes!High quality ceramic is very similar to glass in that it gives off a "pure" smoke and does not bleed harmful and nasty tasting vapors under high heat, unlike many available metal options. Ceramic glaze is actually a liquid made up of tiny beads of glass and is applied to the clay and then melted to a gloss when fired in the kiln. Therefore, smoking from our ceramics is very similar to smoking from glass.We use only high quality, lead-free and food-safe materials in our products. However, please be aware that inhaling the combusted smoke of any material can be carcinogenic.
We are currently making all of our products with a cone 5 body. This material does fine under a regular lighter or match flame, but it could risk breaking under the heat of a butane torch
Can I Return or Exchange my order?

All pieces are made to order and all sales are final

If you experience any issues, please contact me so we can work with you and help solve it immediately. We do not accept returns once a piece is in the hands of an individual.

 

If your item arrives damaged (which rarely happens) we will accept returns with a photo of the piece beside the package. The barcode and tracking ID must be visible in the image. Information on damage must be submitted to us within 48 hours of receipt. 

Each piece is hand made - start to finish - from porcelain and finished using food safe glazes. As each piece is made by hand, minor artisanal markings are occasionally visible. Consider any mark to be a sign of individuality and authenticity.

All pipes are made for individual pack of premium product. Bowl size is designed accordingly.
