DELIVERY AND RETURNS

 

FARBOD CERAMICS MAINTAINS FULL OWNERSHIP OF THE PRODUCTS UNTIL FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN OBTAINED

It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent. Contact us and we will help you.
If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The freight will not be refunded. 

In case your item arrives damaged, we will accept returns with a photo of the piece beside the package. The barcode and tracking ID must be visible in the image. Information on damage must be submitted to us within 48 hours of receipt. 

All elevation accessories are made to order and all sales are final after they are used. If you experience any issues, please contact us so we can work with you and help solve it immediately. We do not accept returns once a piece is in the hands of an individual and been used. Once used, the piece is no longer new and we will not be able to resell it. As this is the case, any piece you buy from us will always be brand new (never in the hands of someone else).

Each piece is hand made - start to finish - from porcelain and finished using food safe glazes. As each piece is made by hand, minor artisanal markings are occasionally visible. Consider any mark to be a sign of individuality and authenticity.

 


It is not possible to change your order once it has been submitted. This also includes changing the size or color of a product, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method

ALL PACKAGES ARE SENT WITH DHL OR POST NL FROM OUR STUDIO IN THE NETHERLANDS. YOUR ORDER WILL BE SENT WITHIN TWO WORKING WEEKS AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED UNLESS NOTIFIED BY FARBOD CERAMICS.

SHIPPING

 
The normal handling time from the time a package has left our studio is:
3-15 days after order.

 Orders within Netherlands will be delivered in 1-5 business days.

All Europe orders take 5-10 days 

Orders to the rest of the world can take 10-20 days (in case of a customs hold up in destination country, this may be longer)

Return policy

We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact our customer service. 

 

If you send us a mail, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products. 

When we receive the product, we will refund the value of the purchased product, but not the original freight costs. 

All products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation and the packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged – neither can the product. Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund.

You must pay for the freight to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. 

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.

 

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

Never return a product without contacting us first.

Please note that when you return a product it is very important to state the order number as well as your name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your refund.

Furthermore, a detailed description of the problem is necessary – if you have a claim.

It can take up to 21 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the refund within 5 working days. 

NEW PRODUCT

If you wish to exchange the purchased product for another product, you will have to place a new order online and return the original product for a refund.

Due to regulations and limitations regarding credit card payments, we are not able to charge your credit card a higher amount than your original order. And in order to ensure 100% security with the processed credit card payments, we will not modify the ordered amount, and therefore a new order has to be placed. 

 

Custom or import duties

If your delivery country charges customs or import duties - these will be charges once the package reaches the destination country. You will have to pay these charges. Unfortunately we have no control over the charges and cannot inform you what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country – so if you have any questions regarding this, please contact your local customs office for further information.

 

Data protection and Privacy Policy

A visit to our website can result in the storage on our server of information about the access (date, time, page accessed). This does not represent any analysis of personal data (e.g., name, address or e-mail address). If personal data are collected, this only occurs – to the extent possible – with the prior consent of the user of the website. Any forwarding of the data to third parties without the express consent of the user shall not take place.

We would like to expressly point out that the transmission of data via the Internet (e.g., by e-mail) can offer security vulnerabilities. It is therefore impossible to safeguard the data completely against access by third parties. We cannot assume any liability for damages arising as a result of such security vulnerabilities.

The use by third parties of all published contact details for the purpose of advertising is expressly excluded. We reserve the right to take legal steps in the case of the unsolicited sending of advertising information; e.g., by means of spam mail.
